Activator/accelerator for instant adhesives(cyanoacrylate) in aerosol packaging. Used to accelerate the curing of instant adhesives in conditions unfavorable to their natural curing (reaction with humidity or water in the bonded parts) in dry environments, in cold conditions, when bonding inactive materials or when applying a thick layer of adhesive. The product contains a patented polymerization-activating component of the instant adhesive, solvents and propellant gas (propane/butane). For this reason, it should not be used when bonding materials that are not resistant to organic solvents (e.g., polystyrene foam). Application: the accelerator is applied from a distance of 20-25 cm on clean and dry surfaces, the optimal working temperature range is +10 °C to +30 °C. It can be applied in two basic ways: Small parts: Apply the accelerator to one glued surface and let it dry (it remains active for several hours). Then apply superglue to the other fitting surface and bond the parts.
Large parts: Apply super glue to one fitting surface, press the parts together and spray the joint with the accelerator.
Suitable for: super glue when bonding organic solvent-resistant materials. Not suitable for: polystyrene foam and other materials not resistant to organic solvents or high temperatures (accelerated polymerization of the adhesive can release significant amounts of heat, leading to heating of the adhesive bond and its surroundings – the greater the amount of adhesive used ) Storage: in a tightly closed container, in a cool, dry and dark place (at +5 °C to +25 °C). Do not expose to temperatures below +2 °C. Shelf life: under proper storage conditions, we guarantee a shelf life of 1 year in the unopened original packaging, maintaining the above-mentioned product properties. Do not puncture or burn, even after use. Avoid inhaling spray. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection. Store sealed. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures higher than 50 °C. Dispose of contents/container by disposing of in a chemical waste container.
